摘要: A large number of etiological factors and the complexity breast cancers present challenges for prevention treatment. Recently, emergence microRNAs (miRNAs) as cancer biomarkers has added an extra dimension to ‘molecular signatures’ cancer. Bioinformatic analyses indicate that each miRNA can regulate hundreds target genes could serve functionally ‘oncogenes’ or ‘tumour suppressor’ genes, co-ordinate multiple cellular processes relevant progression. studies have shown miRNAs play important roles in tumorigenesis, metastasis, proliferation differentiation cells. This review provides a comprehensive overview with established functional relevance cancer, their resulting phenotype. The role application circulating is also discussed.
