摘要: Abstract The electron-doped La 2− x Ce CuO 4 ( = 0.06–0.20) thin films with two orientations, (1 0 0) and (1 0 3), were successfully grown their transport properties investigated for the first time. temperature dependence of in-plane resistivity ρ ab evolves from semiconducting behavior under-doped to metallic optimal- over-doped ones, which reveals a dimensional (2D) Fermi liquid nature. c -axis shows non-metallic except heavily films. anisotropy factor / is found vary depending on doping concentration, largest value 1500 related optimal = 0.10) at highest T C obtained.
