摘要: Purpose National Surgical Adjuvant Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP) Protocol B-18 was designed to determine whether four cycles of doxorubicin cyclophosphamide (AC) administered preoperatively improved breast cancer disease-free survival (DFS) overall (OS) compared with AC postoperatively.
