摘要: Fungal diseases have become increasingly important in the past few years. Because fungi are professional pathogens, fungal pathogenic mechanisms tend to be highly complex, arising large part from adaptations of preexisting characteristics organisms' nonparasitic lifestyles. In years, genetic approaches elucidated many virulence factors, and increasing knowledge host reactions has also clarified much about diseases. The literature on pathogenesis grown correspondingly; this review, therefore, will not attempt provide comprehensive coverage disease but focuses properties infecting fungus interactions with host. These topics been chosen make review most useful two kinds readers: geneticists molecular biologists who interested learning biological problems posed by infectious diseases, physicians want know basic available study virulence.
