Structural characterization of bulk ZnWO4 prepared by solid state method

摘要: Uniform crystals of ZnWO4 have been synthesised from the equimolar mixtures ZnO and WO3 by conventional solid state method. For first time sample has characterised detailedly to confirm formation pure single phase perovskite ZnWO4. The confirmed sintering at two different temperatures one 900 °C other 1000 °C. It is observed that sintered for 24 h shows complete crystallinity X-ray diffraction technique. photoelectron spectroscopy measurements carried out bulk h, showing 16% Zn, W 68% O indicating stoichiometric Surface morphology studies scanning electron microscopy showed uniform purity compound also checked in depth Energy Dispersive method absence foreign ions apart that, ratio Zn : calculated found be 1 confirming inside crystals.
