摘要: Abstract Resemblin, g core-shell electrocatalysts consisting of a Au core and Pd shell (Au@Pd) are synthesized via Cu underpotential deposition (UPD)-Pd-displacement method. The is non-uniform tiny clusters with coverage 0.5–0.6. ethanol oxidation reaction (EOR) activity this kind structure much higher than Pd/C in an alkaline solution. forward peak current density Au@Pd 5.4 times that Pd/C. Furthermore, the onset potential for EOR former ∼100 mV more negative. An interesting particle size dependent also observed. With increasing (2.9, 5.8 6.5 nm), increases. strain ligand effects from core, together bifunctional mechanism Au–Pd system may be reasons enhanced catalysts.
