摘要: In this paper, we report the design and application of two chemically modified microelectrodes for capillary electrophoresis. The electrodes are based on immobilization different types modifiers into a carbon paste matrix. first incorporated electrocatalyst cobalt phthalocyanine, which was used to catalyze oxidation several analytes including thiols cysteine glutathione. These could be detected levels 3.1×10 -8 3.0×10 -7 M, respectively
