摘要: Abstract The main goal of this study was to investigate the toxicological effects chemical dispersant Corexit 9500, crude oil and combination two components in form chemically dispersed (CO + DIS) on ion regulation tropical fish tambaqui ( Colossoma macropomum ). Gill evaluated basis unidirectional flux measurements (influx- J , efflux- out net flux- ) Na + Cl − K . Plasma composition, haematocrit, haemoglobin glucose concentrations blood were determined by classical methods. exposure promoted a significant increase across gills, which, together with inability stimulate uptake compensate for these losses resulted significantly higher outward, particularly within first 3 h exposure. Increased outward also seen that exposed oil, whereas only increased at concentration 9500. decreased between 6 12 h exposure, Ca 2+ remained lower than those control group over entire experimental period. There increases plasma haematocrit after 24 h suggesting changes permeability erythrocytic membrane. Collectively, our results suggest promotes more extensive impairment gill regulation, addition levels parameters, compared Urucu or 9500 alone. Thus, event an spill Amazonian waters, dispersion could represent great risk tambaqui, challenging their ability maintain ionic osmotic gradients native ion-poor waters.
