摘要: In a previous paper (Lathouwers and Perk\'o, 2019) we have developed an efficient angular multigrid preconditioner for the Boltzmann transport equation with forward-peaked scatter modeled by Fokker-Planck approximation. The discretization was based on completely discontinuous Galerkin finite element scheme both space angle. found to be highly effective isotropically anisotropically refined meshes. purpose of this is extend method non-Fokker-Planck models describing forward general Legendre expansions. As smoother standard source iteration used whereas solution coarsest mesh effected special sweep procedure that able solve problem anisotropic using only small number iterations. An obtained lowering order in preconditioner. A set test problems presented illustrate effectivity method, i.e. less iterations than single-mesh case more importantly reduced computational effort.
