摘要: Abstract Cell wall pectin-related physiological and molecular properties changes in two different cultivars of Chinese pear fruit, ‘Jingbaili’ ‘Yali’, were investigated this study. which softened quickly, showed higher pectin fracture solubilization, while ‘Yali’ maintained a firm texture, presented little change the content fractions during storage. The activities PG, β-GAL α-ARF that involved fruit softening significantly compared to fruit. Furthermore, mRNA accumulation genes, such as PG1, PG2, GAL4, ARF1 ARF2 encoded above-mentioned cell hydrolase dramatically increased softening. Thus, we concluded may be more prone degradation suggesting their patterns determine modes disassembly between these types
