摘要: High pressure oxygen jet ventilation via a small bore endotracheal tube has been found to be very effective method for operative laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy under general anesthesia. Advantages of this technique include easily visualization the larynx good access surgical manipulations bronchoscopic procedures while maintaining excellent patient oxygenation ventilation. There are few contra-indications procedure. Over past 7 years we have done several thousand laryngoscopies using high with complications anesthetic results.
