摘要: The state of the art with regard to employment various cytokine-based tumor immunotherapy strategies and their mechanisms action are critically reviewed. As matters now stand, adoptive transfer LAK cells or infiltrating lymphocytes together high doses IL-2 constitutes only immunologic way hinder growth in advanced stages cancer. On other hand, many experimental data show that local presence cytokines, either injected repeatedly at site released by cytokine-gene engineered cells, arouses immunogenicity apparently nonimmunogenic spontaneous tumors. By strengthening notion most tumors potentially immunogenic, these f'mdings offer substantial evidence stres~ potential use ofcytoklnes as a component new vaccines.
