摘要: Abstract Rotational cross sections of tetrahedral molecules for low energy positron impact is the theme this work. The scattering model based in Born approximation combined to multipole formulation potential. We choose CH4 and CF4 as systems illustrate theory. obtain analytical expressions octupole hexadecapole transitions relative momentum partial waves formulations. dependence on molecular moments, well incident particle directly identified. Comparison ab initio results found literature exhibit good agreement positron-CH4 rotational sections.
