摘要: To obtain an exact analytical method development va lidation should be performed to verify that the parameters are quite able overcome problem o f performance analysis. Analysis of chemical after drinking ethanol can determined by analysi s in biological fluids such as blood, th e next a long time not detected because eth anol form other metabolites. One metabolites is Fatty acid ethyl ester (FAEEs) reacts with fatty acids t produce neutral molecules known esters. FAEE biomarker more sustainable than itself analyse at any given time. The pu rpose this experimental study examine significance biochemical markers alcohol b y mouth Wistar rats. design use "True randomize post test only control group design." rats randomly distribute according and treated da ily for one week (acute) 20% alcohol. This used 10 rats; five treatmen acute 5 treat distill water. first second analysis was done gas chro matography. Blood samples collected 6 24 hours last oral intake al cohol administration. presence shows persisting longer non-parametric test. At treatment, significantly less d etectable (1.8) (3) (p <0.05) but detectable (2.4) (1.2) < 0.05 ).
