摘要: OBJECTIVE: to analyze the experience of family health team in resignifying way develop educational groups. METHOD: groups discussion, with twenty-six biweekly group meetings conducted, an average fifteen professionals from team, during year 2009. The empirical material consisted transcription groups, on which thematic analysis was performed. RESULTS: two themes were developed and explored collective discussions team: "The coordination groups" work process a service-school". CONCLUSIONS: continuing Education Health not only permitted learning about that comprised population, but also contributed team's its own relationships is traversed by institutions. This study advancement scientific knowledge education as well population. Also noteworthy research design used, providing reflexivity critical part experienced meetings, appropriating meaningful transformative manner.
