Identity Without Boundaries Public Administration’s Canon(s) of Integration

摘要: It is often charged that the study of public administration lacks boundaries and suffers from an identity crisis. This charge grounded in a positivist belief unity knowledge. From perspective positivists, epistemological would make it true science. Regarding as interdisciplinary practice makes possible, indeed necessary, to include all theories, models, concepts use not just those are recommended pursued by positivists. A conceptual map knowledge integration efforts illustrates why cannot, should be, traditional academic discipline but rather must be understood practice.
