摘要: We develop an automated method of characterizing the late atrial filling phase diastole by fitting a kinematic model for diastolic to clinical Doppler A-wave contour. The result is set parameters which completely characterizes have previously derived parameterized (PDF) model, predicts time-dependent transmitral blood flow velocity obtained echocardiography. An determine PDF early rapid from E-wave has also been developed and validated. consists digitizing acoustic waveform, recreating profile, extracting maximum envelope, envelope. In current work, we apply same general approach parameter determination diastole. To assess presence significance near-degeneracies in set, numerical experiments (consisting model-generated contour Gaussian noise was added) were performed. These revealed two-dimensional degeneracy four-dimensional space could be removed using two simplifications: critical damping resonant forcing. show that these degeneracy-eliminating approximations do not limit ability predict contours.
