摘要: 0.2 wt% dy3+ doped and dy3+/0.5 tm3+ co-doped novel ges2-ga2s3-pbs-csl chalcohalide glasses were prepared their spectroscopic properties analyzed based on absorption (ranges from 300 to 3000 nm) emission 1000 4700 measurements, judd-ofelt analyses performed estimate radiative transition parameters for the excited levels. compositional dependences of near- mid-infrared luminescence, (especially 1330, 2930 4320 at 808 nm investigated discussed. these may have potential uses in 1.3 mu m fiber-amplifiers 2.9 or 4.3 laser devices.
