摘要: Doppler optical coherence tomography (DOCT) is a powerful tool for providing not only subsurface microstructural, but also functional information. Our group's system able to image blood vessels as small ~ 30 μm in diameter, with flows slow 20 μm/s. Photodynamic therapy (PDT), once "novel" cancer treatment, now major research field biophotonics and gaining clinical popularity. The highly sensitive DOCT was used microcirculation normal rat colon prostate model before, during, after PDT. results demonstrate that can monitor the vascular changes during PDT highlight differences tissue response different treatment protocols. Furthermore, demonstrated between cancerous tissues.
