Level of education comparing to eating behaviours and anthropometrical indicators of nutritional status among men of Cracovian population

摘要: The purpose of this study was to estimate educating level effect as one indicator social status on eating behaviours and anthropometrical parameters nutritional in professionally active men aged 20-60 at city environment. research conducted into 1320 workers Tadeusz Sendzimir's Steelworks Cracov. tool the author's questionnaire which included questions about meal consumption regularity frequency consuming selected groups foodstuffs. indicators were fixed base measurements, whereas body content estimated by method bioimpendation with use electronic scales TBF-300P. Differentiation some depending education proved; but cannot definitely relation these parameters, higher educated people 40-60 years old more frequently declare two style often consume confectionery than lower educated; turn vocationally 20-40 fast food products. Statistically considerable differentiation among also proved. Men vocational are characterized highest value WHR same time 4 skin-fatty folds sum people.
