摘要: Deacylation of cephalosporins has been investigated using enzymatic and microwave activated solid phase techniques. The lipase calatysed deacylation was achieved under cooling with good yields but the method much faster better yields. All synthesised compounds were screened for their antibacterial activity showed results.
