摘要: miRNAs expression profiles in podocyte injuries have been reported different models vivo and vitro. In the present study, miR-370 was elevated high glucose-stimulated podocyte, post-transcriptional mechanism of investigated glucose-induced injuries. The gene protein levels were assayed by RT-qPCR Western blotting, respectively. Annexin V-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)/propidium iodide (PI) staining used to evaluate apoptosis podocyte. targeted genes predicted a bioinformatics algorithm confirmed dual luciferase reporter assay. results demonstrated that over-activation verified glucose-treated podocytes, while repression protected against apoptosis, cell membrane, DNA damage podocytes. We also found AGTRAP as direct target served an opposite effect miR-370, overexpression blocked podocytes dysfunction. conclusions, activating signaling inhibit AGTRAP, representing novel promising therapeutic for treatment DN.
