摘要: Epidemic situations typically demand intensive data collection and management from different locations/entities within a strict time constraint. Such can be fulfilled by leveraging the easy deployment of Internet Things (IoT) devices. The containment such also rely on cross-organizational national collaboration. Thus, this paper proposes an Intelligent-Health (I-Health) system that aims to aggregate diverse e-health entities in unique healthcare enabling swift, secure exchange storage medical data. In particular, we design automated patients monitoring scheme, at edge, which enables prompt discovery, remote monitoring, fast emergency response for critical events, as emerging epidemics. Furthermore, develop blockchain optimization model optimize sharing between health provide effective services. Finally, show effectiveness our system, adapting while highlighting benefits proposed I-Health system.
