摘要: The relationship between malignant potential and apoptosis in astrocytic tumors has not been clearly defined, further classification of is necessary. To elucidate the histopathological grade apoptosis, we studied 25 cases tumors, comprising 10 glioblastoma (GB), 7 anaplastic astrocytoma (AA), 8 (AC). We detected using TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling (TUNEL) method. immunohistochemical expression bcl-2 protein p53 protein, which are apoptosis-related factors, cell proliferative activity Ki-67 antibody. No significant change was noted apoptotic index histological tumors. In GB, cell-rich foci were present at pseudopalisading necrosis. correlation grades either or observed. however, poor distribution found areas pseudopalisade formation. one regulatory factors cycle inhibits apoptosis. Expression had no with grade. However, cells showed a bcl-2-poor foci. It thought that formation necrosis GB.
