摘要: To describe MP-MRI features of the normal anterior fibromuscular stroma (AFMS) and identify MR imaging findings that can differentiate it from prostate cancer. We reviewed MP-MR images histopathology patients who underwent pre-operative MRI prostatectomy between October 2012 August 2014. Thirty-seven with cancer larger than 5 mm 40 no were included in this study. After correlation histology images, size, symmetry, T2, DWI characteristics, enhancement pattern AFMS compared. Normal was hypointense symmetric on T2-weighted (37/40, 93%), whereas cancers, while also predominantly asymmetric (6/37, 16%) (P < 0.001). On high b-value DWI, (36/40, 90%), cancers hyperintense (30/37, 81%) compared to peripheral zone The mean ADC tenth percentile values lower normal AFMS (7.14 vs. 8.33 (10−4 mm2/s), P < 0.01) (5.73 6.95 P < 0.01), respectively. DCE-MR images, AFMS demonstrated a type 1 curve (35/39, only either 3 (23/37, 62%) or 2 (14/37, 38%) Symmetric T2 appearance, signal, relatively higher values, Type be helpful its differentiation cancers.
