摘要: Polarized Raman spectroscopy has been performed to investigate the effects of electric field on 0.68PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3–0.32PbTiO3 (PMN–32PT) relaxor single crystal. Based group theory analysis, modes PMN–32PT crystal at zero-field are assigned monoclinic structure. The electric-field-evolution spectra reveal that a structural transition tetragonal phase is initiated threshold E1 and completed higher E2. In intermediate range from E2, structure determined be coexistence phases. These results allow us better understand field-induced ultrahigh macroscopic strain in ferroelectrics.
