摘要: The literature is reviewed: (a) comparing models of abuse and protection applied at each stage the lifespan; (b) exploring issues with respect to individuals over time. A paucity comparative lifespan work in field reported. Within available literature, different types knowledge are drawn upon contrasted definitions ‘abuse’ ‘protection’ employed. Accordingly, most significant findings review dissonances gaps surrounding substantive findings. Examples presented demonstrate this, while new directions for discussion research proposed.
