Phonon dispersion relations of the [00l] L-mode in C36Cs

摘要: Abstract Dispersion relations of [00 l ] L-mode phonons in C 36 Cs were measured by the neutron inelastic scattering technique. The result was analysed one-dimensional Born-von Karman model considering second-neighbor inter-layer force across cesium layer. carbon-cerbon is nearly equal to that pristine graphite. carbon-cesium larger than expected from empirical law.
