摘要: This report primarily concerns an experimental study of the effect apicoectomy on healing and revascularization periodontal membrane dental pulps in tooth replants. Five rhesus monkeys (Macaca mulatta) were subjected to surgical procedures which twenty incisor teeth extracted immediately replanted. Ten these incisors apicoectomy. Healing periapical tissues evaluated by histologic India-ink-perfusion techniques. Apicoectomized replants characterized (1) loss substance (tooth apex) creation large spaces, (2) exposure production inflammatory processes with destruction alveolar bone, (3) blocking normal because persistence chronic processes. In contrast, nonapicoectomized depicted short-lived primary responses variable responses.
