摘要: A two-wavelength wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM) externally modulated transport system employing photonic crystal fiber (PCF) as a dispersion compensation device to compensate the and reduce cross-phase modulation (XPM)–induced cross talk is proposed demonstrated. In comparison with WDM without or conventional compensating (DCF) device, good performances of composite second-order (CSO) triple beat (CTB) were obtained accompanied by acceptable carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) in our system.
