摘要: A pure bacterial culture of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, capable using aniline as a sole carbon source, was isolated. Kinetic experiments were conducted to develop mathematical model that describes accurately the growth and utilization rates microorganism on an alternate source (glucose) individually their mixture. The microorganisms substrate could be well described by Monod expressions for limiting substrates. presence glucose in medium did not repress catabolism but simultaneous observed. When both substrates present, one had considerable effect other. These effects shown predicted based modified expression. proposed found describing cellular biodegradation.
