摘要: Abstract Orientation-related electrical conductivity of H-annealed olivine, clinopyroxene and plagioclase single crystals have been measured at 10 kbar 200–800 °C with an end-loaded piston cylinder apparatus a Solartron-1260 Impedance/Gain Phase analyzer in the frequency range 10 6 –0.1 Hz. The complex spectra usually show arc over whole low temperature, much scatter data-points frequencies for samples large resistance, plus short tail high range, respectively, temperature. is due to grain interior conduction, related electrode effects. conduction dominated by H-related point defects. results negligible anisotropy hydrous olivine but plagioclase. Electrical lower continental crust may be caused fabrics constitutive granulites lattice-preferred orientation (LPO) banded pyroxene- plagioclase-rich microstructure. uppermost mantle cannot produced (and pyroxenes peridotites), macro-heterogeneity local presence Fe 3 + - H 2 O-rich augites other pyroxenites form dykes/veins and/or remnants recycled crustal materials stretched lenses.
