摘要: The idea that one can build a solid-state device lets heat flow more easily in way than the other, forming valve, is counter-intuitive. However, design of thermal rectifier be understood from basic laws conduction. Here we show how it done. This analysis exhibits several ideas could principle implemented to rectifier, by selecting materials with proper properties. In order feasibility concept, complete this study introducing simple model system meets requirements design.
