摘要: The development and testing of a parallel unstructured agglomeration multigrid algorithm for steady-state aerodynamic flows is discussed. strategy uses graph to construct the coarse levels from given fine grid, similar an algebraic approach, but operates directly on non-linear system using FAS approach. scalability convergence rate are examined SGI Origin 2000 Cray T3E. An argument which indicates that asymptotic should be its underlying single grid smoothing scheme. For medium size problems involving several million points, near perfect obtained algorithm, while only slight drop-off in efficiency observed V- W-cycles, up 128 processors 2000, 512 large problem 25 good 1450 T3E, even when coarsest level contains fewer points than total number processors.
