摘要: As a result of the global increase in migration movements recent years, there is growing demand for age estimates live persons. The persons under examination are mostly foreigners without valid identification documents whose genuine needs to be clarified legal purposes. In many countries, thresholds relevant criminal, civil, and asylum proceedings lie between 14 22 years age. line with recommendations issued by Study Group on Forensic Age Diagnostics, determining subjects forensic estimate should combine results physical examination, an X-ray hand, dental which records dentition status evaluates orthopantomogram. To assess who assumed at least 18 old, additional roentgenographic or CT clavicles recommended. If no justification examinations, range possible methods limited examination. present paper addresses influence ethnicity examined developmental systems. so doing, authors conclude that pay due heed proband’s socio-economic ethnic origin. effective doses from X-ray-examinations estimations given.
