摘要: Purpose Acetyl esterase (AE) plays an important role in bioconversion of lignocellulosic biomass. However, the expression AE from wild type strains is at relatively low level. The study aims to construct engineered Escherichia coli strain with enhanced enzymatic activity by adopting strategy tandem repetitive promoters.
