摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a heterogeneous disease at both the genetic and phenotypic levels. Combination of (single-nucleotide polymorphism) clinical features models level risk to develop HCC on cirrhosis. Moreover, recent advances in next-generation sequencing have revealed new insights physiopathology HCC. Major pathways involved liver carcinogenesis are TERT promoter mutations telomere maintenance; Wnt/β-catenin pathway; TP53 cell cycle regulator; chromatin remodeling genes; NRF2 / KEAP1 , PI3K AKT MTOR RAS RAF MAP kinase pathways. Altogether, epigenetic alterations linked with tumor phenotype exposition specific factors. This knowledge will form backbone future personalized care.
