Enhancement of the critical current density and upper critical field in Zr and Mo co-doped Nb3Sn

摘要: We prepared a series of Nb3?2xZrxMoxSn (0?x?0.2) samples which have the same number electrons per cell as Nb3Sn in order to study doping effect. The formation single phase was confirmed by x-ray diffraction when x?0.1. It found that lattice parameters decrease slightly with increasing dopant concentration. grain morphologies sample are irregular. As content increases, size coarse decreases and fine increases. Tc value drops slowly x 0.1. drop co-doped is slower than single-doped ones total concentrations, indicating N(EF) plays an important role change Tc. At 4?T 10?K, Jc Nb2.8Zr0.1Mo0.1Sn reached 3.4 ? 106?A?cm?2, significantly enhanced more 400 23 times pure Nb2.8Mo0.2Sn samples, respectively. Hc2(0) values higher sample. 30?T.
