摘要: The low-temperature magnetic and transport properties of La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 nanoparticles have been investigated. It is found that a surface spin-glass behavior exists in nanoparticles, which undergo transition to frozen state below 45 K. even at the highest field used (H=50 kOe). Moreover, spin-glass-like disappears for particles above 50 nm. In addition, suppressed low-field magnetoconductivity (LFMC) observed low temperature nanosized obviously lower than expected upper limit LFMC, 1/3, polycrystalline manganites, proposed arise from higher-order tunneling through insulating layers.
