摘要: A self-sealing composition is disclosed and comprises by weight percentage: 40-49% of thermoplastic elastomer, 30-39% resin, 8-12% rubber processing/extender oil, or 50% 40% 10% oil. method manufacturing the following steps: in step S1, a reacting boiler heated to substantially 180-200 DEG C; S2, elastomer oil are weighed added into reactor boilter; S3, temperature increased about 230 4, S3 maintained till all granular ingredients melt; S5, lowered 180 S6, S5 for 2 hours while fully mixed. The can be applied an inner surface tyre so as protect from air leakage when punctured sharp objects.
