摘要: An invention providing a process for producing orally-usable products possessing low- or anti-cariogenic properties is disclosed. The comprises preparing said with, adding thereto saccharide having substantial anti-cariogenicity. saccharides preferred in the are isomaltosyl mono-, di-, tri-glucoses, and reduction thereof; example, panose, isomaltotriose, maltose, isomaltotetraose, isomaltopentaose, thereof, i.e., pannitol, isomaltotriitol, maltitol, isomaltotetraitol, isomaltopentaitol. Such can be used production of any orally, including foods drinks general, to impart property, as well sweeten them.
