摘要: A film-to-video format detector (24) for a digital television receiver (10). The receives pixel data from current field and second preceding field. It determines set of difference values, sums them to obtain value, compares the value threshold. These steps are repeated series indicators. This is analyzed determine whether it has pattern corresponding format.
