摘要: The term microcirculation, first used by Fulton in 1957, is applied to the stretch involving exchange of metabolites. Capillaries and venules are included as well arterioles that also have a nutritive function for surrounding tissue, free capillaries, spaces. Structural peculiarities which vessel wall cerebral microcirculation differ from nonneuronal vessels known, even if comparative studies topistic regional differences rarely found. density capillaries varies between region brain, while it accepted total number certain reflection normal average energy demand this region, thus reflecting metabolic level.
