Sarcoidosis following beta-interferon therapy for multiple myeloma.

摘要: Some reports correlate the administration of all forms interferon with development or exacerbation autoimmune phenomena and diseases, including sarcoidosis, because strong complex immune action interferons. We report on a case sarcoidosis following beta-interferon treatment for multiple myeloma. Differently from what had been observed in 8 previously reported cases associated myeloma where plasmacellular malignancy followed onset respiratory disease, our patient, arose after was first diagnosed.
