摘要: This article explores the links between low pay, unemployment and labour market churning over period 2001 to 2006. The issue of is explored through analysis HILDA calendar data, in which job starts terminations are modelled using multinomial logit regressions. results further multilevel binomial models. Predicted probabilities moving from job, into jobs, jobs unemployment, calculated these show that paid, skilled workers highly vulnerable churning. Certain demographic groups, particularly migrants particular regions, also shown be vulnerable. reinforce importance policies prioritise continuity, skills development earnings improvement rather than simply focusing on attainment.
