摘要: The cloning of yeast DNA sequences in bacteria was first reported 1976. In the short period since that time, application recombinant techniques to Saccharomyces has burgeoned into a large and complex enterprise which already made major contributions our understanding eukaryotic cells. To some extent, course, this phenomenon simply reflects astonishing growth methodology, development affected study all organisms. case yeast, however, it can be argued there been special synergism between preexisting strengths as an experimental organism. As result synergism, importance model eukaryote increased enormously. It is no exaggeration say emerging from years era kind E. coli: not imply entirely typical or should displace more organisms focus study. Yeast becoming most versatile single system available for studies elementary molecular organization
