摘要: Chemical composition of garlic bulbs is influenced by genotype, agronomic, technological, and environmental factors. The aim this study was to determine the mineral fatty acid 27 ecotypes collected in northeast Adriatic region (Croatia). Samples were from 21 different locations: Brgud, Golubic, Jezero, Konavle, Kricke, Kurtovici, Ljubitovica, Metajna Pag, Metkovic, Miljevci, Obrovac Sinj, Opuzen, Polaca Knin, Primorski Dolac, Rastok, Stilja, Tinjan, Trnbusi, Vojnic Zmijavci. Ecotypes Ljubitovica (samples Bijeli Sarac), Dolac (sample spring), Rastok had with more than 40% dry matter. lowest bulb weight (less 34.8%) recorded samples Golubic 1 2), Metajna, Knin winter). highest N concentration (41.3 g/kg DW) on location while Miljevci (13.1 DW). At same P (4.13 DW), observed both Opuzen (6.49 6.53 Highest K sample Trnbusi 4 winter (15.3 Brgud (7.3 Lowest Cu (0.72 FW), whereas (4.34 FW). Zn spring (23.1 concentrations (6.9 FW) found Kurtovici. Cd White 3 (0.06 0.09 locations (0.44 Kozica-Vojnic (0.41 Konavle (0.39 bulb. Garlic contained 29.1 69.4 mg/kg DW total acids. Linoleic/alpha-linolenic ratio considered an important dietary factor, alpha-linolenic acid-rich Mediterranean diet recommended. Croatian showed great variability, (5.74), Kricke (5.79) 2 (5.81 ; 5.88) having linoleic/alpha-linoleic ratios Sinj (9.46). revealed that high levels nutritionally components, such as acids minerals, all quality components strongly genotype location.
