摘要: During the course of an outbreak dengue type 2 on island Tahiti, French Polynesia, severe hemorrhagic disease was observed in unusual number patients shortly after onset a febrile illness. In at least 33 instances, these hemorrhages were enough to require hospitalization and 3 died. Gastrointestinal bleeding most common hemorrhage gross hematuria next common. The available data suggested that episodes etiologically related virus.
