Using Log-Linear Models to Analyze the Use of Hedonic Information Technologies on Corporate Websites

摘要: The Internet allows combining various multimedia applications in order to create a holistic online experience. Companies integrate utilitarian and hedonic elements their Websites improve overall effectiveness efficiency. In this exploratory research paper we present the results of longitudinal study, which analyze use four different information technologies (wallpapers/screensavers, e-cards, sweepstakes, games) on corporate websites. We differentiate between sites offer high low involvement products. log-linear models visualize our show combinations instruments are most popular over time. Our that general companies have reduced application time while simultaneously specific become quite popular.
