摘要: Abstract The O 2 and CO content in the arterial blood of normal individuals patients with mitral stenosis chronic lung disease were examined resting state ten minutes after intravenous administration Priscoline. In about half a drop was observed drug; however, this change statistically nonsignificant. majority pulmonary significant while changes varied. drug known to cause vasodilation augmented cardiac output is thought be brought by increased perfusion poorly ventilated areas lungs and/or flow through true intrapulmonary shunt vessels.
